CQS accredited seeks a Residential Conveyancer to take on an interesting caseload in Cardiff, South Wales.

The Role
A fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer has now arisen in a progressive department in the Cardiff, South Wales. This is suited to NQ and above qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who has previous expertise in a reputable Property department and comfortable running own and existing caseload. Your matters will be varied including: freehold and leasehold transactions; obtaining Land Registry documents; liaising with professionals involved in property transactions; sales and purchases; investigating titles; use of the Land Registry portal and; mortgages. Successful applicants will be keen to join a progressive department, demonstrating excellent client care and communicate in a clear and concise manner. You will also be willing to participate in business development and marketing initiatives for the development of the department and firm as a whole.
The Candidate
Ideally, NQ and above qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
Expertise in a Residential Property department is essential.
Handle diverse caseload to meet key deadline.
Demonstrate excellent client care.
IT literate with excellent organisational skills.
Willingness to participate in business development and networking initiatives would be desirable.
