I am always looking for Paralegals who have drafted, reviewed and negotiated Commercial Contracts for interim roles in varied and interesting businesses across London.

My Clients are a number of businesses across London and surrounds; I recruit across all industries in sectors specialising in interim Paralegal roles in-house.
I am always looking for Paralegals with varied exposure or interest in commercial contracts.
Description
Some responsibilities for these vacancies may include:
To assist the business Legal teams and Sole Legal Counsels, providing legal support to growing businesses on a wide range of commercial legal matters.
Review and comment on high value client contracts with various companies;
Review and comment on a wide range of commercial contracts
Draft and review a wide range of agreements
Negotiate clauses
Draft contracts
Liaising with the Company Secretarial teams and Group General Counsel for internal approvals where required
Opportunity to attend Coroner's Court hearings and inquests
Manage small claims with our insurance team and external lawyers, collating disclosure and arranging witness statements
Manage Data Protection breaches and internal reporting / comply with new GDPR regulations
Updating master contract trackers
Small amount of filing and administrative tasks to maintain our electronic and paper files
Profile
Legal qualification such as a 2 or higher law degree or equivalent and LPC
Commercial contracts exposure (with contract review and drafting)
Knowledge of current Data Protection and Freedom of Information legislation
Excellent eye for detail
Strategic thinker with proven analytical skills and commercial awareness
Highly organised and proactive. Able to manage numerous projects concurrently
Excellent communication skills
Excellent team working skills are essential
Good drafting skills
Experience of working to tight and strict deadlines
Ability to remain calm under pressure
User of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook)
