Employment Associate - 3 Month Initial Contract
A leading west end law firm are looking for a mid-level employment associate to join them on an initial 3 month contract.
The partner who leads this practice has extensive experience advising financial services organisations, property companies, family offices, corporates and senior executives.
The successful candidate will have experience in both domestic and international private equity, M&A, property and outsourcing transactions (empahis on ARD/Tupe). This role will be very broad an will include (but is not limited to) advising on senior executive service agreements, dismissals, settlement agreements and enforcing post-termination restrictions.
