A leading West End firm is looking for a Residential Property Lawyer in London

Your new company
A leading West End property firm are looking to hire a mid level Residential Property Lawyer to join them in their London office. The client is mid-sized and offers clients a full suite of commercial services, specialising in commercial law, real estate and property, commercial and general litigation, personal injury, employment, family, insolvency, business and private immigration.

Your new role
The firm are seeking an experienced, positive and energetic Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will ideally be 4 years + PQE (or equivalent) in all aspects of general residential property law and be able to manage and handle a wide variety of cases in a busy residential property department. You must be sufficiently experienced to take on a range of residential work including but not limited to: High Net Worth clients and multimillion-pound property transactions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need strong academics (2 or higher degree) or equivalent. The firm are seeking a UK Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years post qualification experience in the residential property sector. An interest in the real estate sector will be vital, as will excellent drafting skills and the ability to develop relationships with colleague across teams. You will need to be able to give and take instruction, apply a forensic approach, and deliver commercially pragmatic solutions. You will need to be proactive and take initiative, with strong communication skills both verbal and written, be able to manage your own time, demonstrate excellent organisation skills and strong technical and research skills.
