This leading global investment manager has over $66 billion in assets under management invested across private equity, distressed credit and fixed income and growth equity investment strategies.
They are currently looking to strengthen the legal team with the recruitment of a mid-level lawyer with significant experience of structured credit transactions, particularly collateralised debt obligation transactions (CBO’s and CLO’s). Broader structured finance/derivatives experience would be particularly useful.
You will be exposed to a diverse and intellectually challenging workload, with the fund investing across a wide range of industries in many geographical locations. In return for your efforts, compensation comprising both base salary and discretionary bonus will be competitive.
