The Dubai office, which advises sovereigns, financial sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, and international corporates, has been established for over 10 years.
Our client are looking for an exceptional corporate associate to work across M&A, private equity, and general corporate transactional matters. The corporate partners are consistently recognised as leaders in the region, specifically due to their innovative approach to structuring transactions around the local regulatory and investment restrictions.
Candidates must be ambitious, driven, and looking for the opportunity to progress within a leading global firm.
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 PQE
- LLB and LLM/JD from top global law school (2:1 min.)
- E&W/US Qualified
- Must have experience within a Magic Circle/White Shoe firm
- Preferably UK-based and committed to relocating
