Leading firm in Essex is seeking a talented individual to become their new Conveyancing Head of Department.
The Firm
Our client is a well-regarded legal practice with a strong presence throughout East Anglia, providing an array of specialist legal services to clients across the region. They pride themselves on the provision of a personal, efficient and cost-effective service to their clients. Staffed by an experienced and dedicated team committed to finding practical solutions to clients’ legal issues. They are looking for an experienced individual to become Head of their Conveyancing Department, based in Chelmsford but overseeing the Conveyancing Department as a whole.
The Role
This position is ideal for someone who is forward thinking and willing to develop and lead the department further. The successful applicant will lead and take responsibility for current conveyancing relationships, developing new business through current and potential contacts. Ideally, with a commercial conveyancing background, you will manage, support and develop the existing experienced Solicitors by providing technical expertise and delivering legal and regulatory supervision. In addition, you will also maintain a quality service across the Conveyancing department, alongside working closely with the other Heads of Departments and Partners to raise the profile of the firm.
The Candidate
Applications are welcome from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Conveyancers with at least 7 years’ experience.
Strong conveyancing background and experience in business and marketing development is essential.
It would be advantageous if you could bring a client following.
