A Magic Circle firm are looking for Public M&A Professional Support Lawyer in their corporate department. The firm's corporate department are leading adviser on M&A with a multi-jurisdictional focus. This renowned practice has a superb reputation in cross boarder work with an extensive network of international offices.

The firm offer a full M&A service across a variety of sectors and are frequently instructed on TMT, energy and consumer goods transactions. They are looking for a PSL with experience in both Public M&A transactions and the take over code. The successful M&A PSL will have the opportunity to work for a prestigious name with a excellent reputation across all areas of law, opening many doors for future prospects.
