The Role
This firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their flourishing St. Albans, Hertfordshire, office.
The Residential Property department deals with high-quality work, where fee earners deal with manageable caseloads, often high-value transactions for an HNW client base. You will join a friendly, supportive and professional team. You will deal with a broad caseload of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions.
Requirements
This role comes with excellent prospects progression.
- You will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or ILEX with at least 3 years Residential Property experience (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
- You will have good experience of dealing with your own Conveyancing caseload
- An excellent eye for detail is essential
- First class communication skills are a must
- Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, coupled with an excellent benefits package
