A great opportunity for a Corporate Associate around 3-7 years PQE to join the Aberdeen office of this international law firm. The corporate team based in Aberdeen are top ranked by both Legal 500 and Chambers. 
 
Working as part of a supportive team, you will advise a broad spectrum of clients, from high profile listed public companies, to some of the most exciting start-up/high growth companies on a wide range of corporate related matters. You will have the opportunity to experience international transactions across various industry sectors and have a great deal of client contact, continuous personal development and responsibility.
 
You will deal with commercial contracts, including high value strategic arrangements, as well as providing efficient professional support for partners.
 
You should possess excellent corporate experience and be keen to develop and enhance relations with clients. You will be keen to become involved in marketing events and able to manage/supervise the work of others, including junior lawyers and trainees.
