Senior Corporate Counsel (10+ PQE) - 14392/TTL

This multinational technology company is hiring a Senior Corporate Counsel to be based in Shanghai to provide legal support to its Asian EHS and CSR teams. You will be responsible for managing their EHS processes, CSR activities and compliance investigations with applicable rules and regulations in Asia. Ideally, you are a PRC qualified lawyer with over 10 years’ PQE in handling EHC and CSR laws at both a major law firm and an MNC. Proven investigation and compliance experience are required as well as the ability to interact with business clients and senior management. A good team player who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment preferred. Fluent Mandarin and proficient English skills are essential. REF: 14392/TTL
