My client, a successful and growing high street Firm situated in the heart of Manchester city centre seeks to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer for an exciting and progressive role.
My client is ideally looking for an experienced Property Solicitor with 2-3 years PQE and hands on experience of managing a caseload from inception to completion. There is a small existing caseload that would need to managed and maintained but the aim is to grow the caseload to around 80-100 files and then recruit for an additional Conveyancer/ Fee Earner. This would give the opportunity to become the senior member of the team and eventually grow the Residential Conveyancing department.
