Residential Conveyancer full or part time

A multi sector Law firm based on the Fylde area is currently looking for a highly ambitious Residential Property Solicitor/ Fee Earner or Chartered Legal Executive to join the team.

My client is a highly reputable Law firm with a truly excellent reputation and is seeking an experienced individual to assist in the growth of the department.

This particular role will involve managing a caseload of Residential Property files from inception to completion and will also give the applicant the chance to do some business development for the Firm.

Suitable candidates;

Will be able to demonstrate proven experience across a full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters.

Will have the ability and experience of using case management systems

Be able to hit the ground running and manage a full caseload of around 80 files.

Our client can consider semi retired candidates and those who might benefit from part time hours.
