The firm seeks to appoint an experienced contentious construction lawyer to lead their dedicated practice based in Birmingham. Applications are invited from partners or equivalent senior level construction lawyers with proven contentious experience covering litigation, dispute resolution, adjudication, mediation and ADR involved in all range of construction disputes. The firm acts for a portfolio of clients including developers, housing providers, contractors and public sector organisations.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a lead role with the licence and autonomy to shape a progressive construction practice for an outstanding law firm.
