LVI Litigation Executive. This is your opportunity join a dedicated team of fee-earners dealing with specialised RTA personal injury claims in which LVI has been alleged. This firm is a Legal 500 firm whose leading personal injury team are based in the heart of Manchester city centre.
As a LVI RTA litigation executive you will be responsible for handling your own autonomous caseload of RTA LVI fraud files throughout all stages of litigation. You will therefore be expected to have relevant experience handling your own caseload of litigated RTA claims in which LVI has been alleged. Ideally you will have a strong billing record and experience working towards targets is desirable.
The firm offers an attractive bonus system allied with a competitive salary (guideline up to £29,000) and extended holiday entitlement. This is a great opportunity to focus solely on your own caseload and the rewards inherent in hitting and exceeding targets.
