This global professional services company is seeking a PRC-qualified commercial lawyer to join their Shanghai office. You will mainly be responsible for handling all vendor and customer related contract negotiation and drafting. You ideally have at least 6-7 years’ PQE in commercial contract work preferably gained in a mix of a law firm and an MNC. Strong drafting skills at all levels and extensive contract negotiation experience is required as well as excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin. REF: 14394/TTL
