Compliance Officer

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join a highly regarded top UK 150 firm based in Southampton or Salisbury.

The Role:

You will ensure all regulatory requirements are being met.  This role would be perfect for a lawyer or a candidate with a legal background who is highly experienced in risk, compliance, data protection, and with knowledge of the GDPR, and who is looking for a senior position in a high profile organisation.  Experience of partnerships is essential for this role.

You will have a strong understanding of the regulatory environment within legal services, including experience of ISO and LEXCEL, practicing certificate renewals, and developing best practice.

The Candidate:

You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be assertive when needed and to influence others.  You will be conscientious and methodical with good attention to detail, self motivated with the ability to use your own initiative to solve problems and take on responsibilities.
