Commercial Property Paralegal

Our Client, who are a legal industry-leading and award winning international commercial law firm, are looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team in their Liverpool office. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide full paralegal support to the team and conduct property work for the health care clients.

Your role as Commercial Property Paralegal will involve a variety of duties, some of which include but are not exclusive to:

- Drafting land registration applications, agreements for sales, licences and leases
- Complete SDLT forms
- Drafting various correspondence/advices to the clients
- Reviewing deeds and other files
- Assisting Solicitors, Partners and Associates with their workload
- Keeping all legal precedents up-to-date
- Financial administration which relates to the sale and purchasing of any properties

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

- Good knowledge/experience of the property sector
- strong written and communication skills as there will be elements of client contact within the role
- excellent time management skills
- fantastic attention to detail
- a positive attitude
- public sector work is desirable
- the ability to commute to the Liverpool office on a daily basis
