Plot Sales Conveyancer
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a plot sales conveyancer to join a top 100 national “stand out” law firm that really does reward effort and performance. You will be joining a friendly team and will be given full support to enable you to progress and develop your skill set.
The role will include undertaking a caseload of your own plot sales files from instruction through to completion so the ability to work in a high pressured and fast paced environment is essential.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity in Bristol, you must have at least two years conveyancing or plot sales experience and from here the relevant training will be given. You must have a law degree and/or LPC or ILEX qualification along with exceptional client care skills.
You will be fully supported and have a junior resource to allow you to complete work in a timely manner, This is a diverse and interesting role offering you the ability to touch upon general real estate matters assisting the wider team.
