Private Client Legal Assistant
A highly supportive and friendly law firm awaits a legal assistant who is looking to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the work. Proud of its reputation across the South West, this full Legal 200 law firm is now looking to recruit an additional private client legal assistant to join its expanding department based in its Bath office.
You will provide support and assistance in this legal assistant position to a team of highly skilled and supportive fee earners within a private client department, in particular assisting fee earners with the administration of estates. You will also manage diaries, liaise with clients (both face to face and over the phone), submit searches, along with providing key administrative support.
Some previous knowledge (6 months’ minimum) of Private Client work is essential as they are looking for someone who will be able to hit the ground running, although full support will be provided.
