One of Liverpool's most well respected national full service law firms has an exciting opening for an Industrial Disease Paralegal or Litigation Executive to join their rapidly expanding Disease unit.
 
The department has gone from strength to strength over recent months and with new client wins they have a fantastic new role for an ambitious and enthusiastic Industrial Disease Paralegal.
 
Your new role will see you acting on behalf of their national clientele, dealing with your own caseload of predominantly litigated fast track Disease claims (NIHL and VWF) whilst assisting the senior members of the team on more complex high value asbestos and mesothelioma claims.
 
You will have previous experience of handling your own caseload of litigated Industrial Disease claims, however if you come from an ELPL background and have strong experience within this area, you are actively encouraged to apply as full training will be given.
