Lexcel accredited practice is seeking a dynamic Litigation / Employment Lawyer for full or part-time work in Coventry.

Now seeking a Litigation / Employment Lawyer, this firm employs experts in private client, personal injury, criminal law, employment, immigration and litigation, and can offer rewarding and varied work across the firm. The firm has offices throughout the West Midlands area, so some travel to additional offices and access to your own transport will be a requirement of the role.
The Role
We are now seeking a Litigation / Employment Lawyer for a progressive practice in Coventry, Warwickshire. A fantastic opportunity, the role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong background in general Litigation and Employment matters. Offering a good quality caseload, you will undertake diverse and complex matters including advising on TUPE and business transfers, undertaking negotiations and conducting advocacy in Courts. The successful Lawyer will be able to work well within a team and on own initiative whilst communicating in a clear and concise manner. You will also be willing to participate in business development, marketing and networking initiatives for the success of the department and firm as a whole. Access to own transport would be preferred. This is a full or part-time locum position for fixed term contract/maternity leave.
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of four years’ experience.
Solid knowledge of Litigation and Employment law is essential.
Strong negotiating and drafting skills.
Access to own transport would be preferred.
Willing to participate in business development and networking initiatives.
Demonstrate top class client care and communication skills.
Comfortable conducting advocacy.
