My Client is a Legal 500 law firm who are seeking to employ additional Lawyers in their London office. As part of their ongoing growth plans, they are looking for an additional Chartered Legal Executive to join their Private Client department.
This is a unique opportunity to join a commercial practice which has enjoyed considerable growth and has an enviable client base of regional, national and international client as well as managing the interests of high net worth private individuals.
You will be experienced in all aspects of Private Client work including:
- Drafting of Wills
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Drafting Deeds of Variation
- Probate applications
- Court of Protection
- Trusts and Taxation
The firm seek a qualified Private Client Legal Executive with:
- Experience gained within a specialist Private Client department
- Good academics
- Track record of achieving financial targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client and referral relationships
- Good technical knowledge
