Your new role
A junior legal counsel position as part of an immediate team of four lawyers. This is a newly created position, due to sizeable workload within the team. The position will start of as a Fixed Term Contract up to 12 months, but has the potential to become a permanent position. Covering operations across the EMEA region, you will negotiate, draft and review a host of sale, purchase and distribution agreements, some of which will involve heavy negotiation with large telecoms operators. You will build relationships across the business, ensuring you adapt to a fast-paced and sometimes manic environment, where there can be an occasional lack of structure. There is scope for the role to develop additional responsibility for a candidate who is able to show the right pro-active and technical qualities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a junior commercial lawyer with up to two years' PQE, though Paralegals or newly-qualified lawyers with excellent experience will also be considered. You will have strong commercial contracts exposure, either with a top firm or a notable in-house legal function with a blue-chip company. You will be expected to bring entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability and the ability to build relationships at all levels. You will have appreciation of what it is to represent a global brand, and you will have the pro-activity to make a significant contribution to the organisation.
