This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technology lawyer to have further career development in this Fortune 500 IT company in Taipei. You will be accountable for the provision of legal support in all commercial and corporate matters in the Greater China including complex transactions, client/customer negotiations and dispute resolutions. With 10-12 PQE and admission to the PRC/foreign Bar, you will have a background in information technology. Prior experience in both an MNC and a leading law firm is highly desirable.
