As part of the expansion of the Corporate team, the incoming junior associate would work directly with high-calibre partners on a broad range of Corporate work, including M&A, Private Equity, VC and JV transactions.
The successful applicant will have gained solid experience in a diverse range of Corporate work, ideally with some prior record of acting for clients in the industry sectors mentioned above. Applicants should have gained this experience within a recognised Corporate department at either a leading City or International firm.
Applicants will benefit from working in a streamlined team with direct access to partners and clients, as well as enjoying a high degree of responsibility across the full-life cycle of transactions.
