A reputable regional practice is seeking to appoint a highly experienced property litigation paralegal to join their team in Worcestershire.

Our client has a strong litigation division renowned for its expertise across a number of disciplines. They are seeking to appoint a property litigation paralegal to work alongside their senior partner. You must be a Paralegal with at least 18 months experience in property litigation to be considered.

You will join a firm known for being run as a strong business, with deep links to clients and a forward thinking commercial approach. You will work as part of the property litigation team which is going from strength to strength, working alongside knowledgeable solicitors who can provide ongoing support to a property litigation paralegal looking to develop and progress.

You will work your way up to handling a caseload of matters to include complex land and property related disputes to include contested lease renewals, disputed dilapidation and service charge claims, and boundary disputes along with lease termination, trespass and nuisance.

You must have experience of working in a paralegal role within a property litigation team. You will have a passion for this area of law along with the desire and ambition to progress internally.
