Paralegal with Training Contract Required at Boutique Law Firm to £30,000

Our boutique litigation law firm based in Mayfair is looking to recruit a new paralegal to join their London office on either a 6 or 12-month FTC.  They are ideally seeking candidates who have a training contract secured, so this is a fantastic opportunity should you be looking to gain Paralegal experience in the interim!  Duties will include drafting and preparing correspondence, court applications, and other documents, such as witness statements and instructions to counsel from instructions given to them by their supervisor, reviewing and analysing documents for preparation of disclosure preparing hearing and counsel bundles, providing legal research that may be required by the Partners or Solicitors, attending to clients, counsel and third parties both in person and on the telephone and to provide such communication in a professional and friendly manor in keeping with the practice’s standards for client care, administering the filing system which with include daily filing and opening, closing storage and retrieval of client files in accordance with the detailed procedures, arranging for all copying of documents to be carried out. Applicants should have strong written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work well in a team.  Offices are based in the West End.
