Here at Douglas Scott, we're working with a leading national firm as it prepares to launch an exciting new project in central Manchester, and as such is keen to speak to residential conveyancing partners and directors.
The firm in question has embarked on a mission to develop a private wealth offering within the Manchester region to capitalise on a strong existing commercial client base. As such, along with private family law and general private client, the firm is looking for a residential conveyancing Partner or Director to develop the residential property offering, with the full support and resources of a highly regarded firm.
The role will naturally involve business development, as well as selecting and developing your team of highly experienced conveyancers to handle the quality work coming from the often high-net-worth client base. You will be heavily involved in the running and the strategic positioning of this private wealth offering and will benefit from entirely negotiable and highly competitive salaries and continued progression as the department evolves.
Ideally, you will have several years of experience developing and managing a large residential property department and will have demonstrable experience handling business development and building a client base. You will show clear progression and be keen to move into a role that offers a unique opportunity to build something exceptional.
