Residential Property Conveyancer

Residential Property Solicitor.
 
This client is very well established across Cornwall. They have offices across the region from Penzance to St Austell and are searching for experienced conveyancers to join them. 
 
Ideally you should have at least 1-2 years minimum experience handling residential property transactions as a qualified solicitor or legal executive. 
 
Unusually this role will offer the opportunity for a solicitor to be an "in-house" locum, and roam amongst several of the firms offices. You will be a permanent employee, and your role will be to cover holidays and absent employees where necessary. 
 
For this role it will be important that you are able to pick up on others matters quickly and efficiently, and work autonomously.
 
Due to the nature of the role you will need your own transport and driving licence, and enjoy the flexibility this role will provide!
 
This is a full time position and legal executives or solicitors are encouraged to apply as are licensed conveyancers. 
 
Competitive salary up to £35k.
