Our client is an elite US law firm in London looking for a junior to mid-level finance associate to join their successful London practice.
They are interested in speaking with lawyers from top city or US legal practices with between 1.5 to 5 PQE. They are looking for an individual with excellent law firm and academic credentials keen to progress within a busy and growing team and effectively utilise their experience of international transaction work.
They are seeking a lawyer with experience:
- Negotiating and structuring complex cross-bordered finance transactions
- Drafting and negotiating senior facility agreements
- Subordinated junior facility agreements and inter-creditor documentation
