In House Counsel- Technology Firm
Our client is a global provider of financial services trading systems with operations worldwide. They are looking for a lawyer to be their point person in London negotiating terms of service agreements, vendor agreements handling all matters related to the London office and their European subsidiaries.
The successful candidate will likely be between 3-5 PQE with some of that time being spent in a comparable environment in-house.
The successful applicant will have good academic credentials and be qualified as lawyers in England and Wales or another established jurisdiction and have prior experience working in a solid city or US legal practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious mid-level lawyer to work for a US headquartered FS tech firm and grow into a leadership role over the next few years.
