Property Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to join a great local authority. The Property Lawyer role will be based near North Wales.

The successful candidate for the Property Lawyer role will be:

• A qualified Solicitor or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives
• Have hands on experience of a range of Property Law matters, including leases, licenses and sales and purchases of land, landlord and tenant mattes and disposals and acquisitions
• Be enthusiastic, committed and undertake a proactive approach to progressing transactions within deadlines and budgets

Previous public sector experience is desirable, although Property Lawyers from Private Practice backgrounds are still encouraged to apply.
