Are you a highly skilled RTA Personal Injury Chartered Legal Executive or non-qualified fee earner with supervisory experience? A RTA Portal Team Leader is required to join a leading North East based firm in their Newcastle office. Our client is seeking applications from candidates with really strong RTA fee earning experience as well as having ideally a history of successful people management. This Personal Injury Team Leader role would also be suitable for a strong RTA Fee Earner without any management experience but has the natural leadership skills looking to take the next step in your career.

This role has arisen as a result of internal promotion. Our client really prides themselves on implementing a client focused approach and putting client needs at the forefront of their service. As a result of this successful approach the firm have won a number of awards including at the Northern Lawyer Awards. This is a stand out opportunity for a highly skilled RTA fee earner that would enjoy a supervisory role and is keen to support and develop fee earners with varying levels of experience.

The Role:
You will be required to supervise a team with varying levels of fee earning experience.
The supervisory role is the main focus of this opportunity however you will also be required to manage a naturally reduced RTA caseload.
You will also be required to plan your team's workload.
In the supervisory capacity you will also be required to deliver appropriate and ongoing training to your team.
Role has arisen as a result of internal promotion.

The Candidate:
Due to the nature of the role it is essential you have strong fee earning experience and would be able to support the team and advise them on more complex matters.
The role requires you to have at least 12 months RTA fee earning experience ideally with some supervisory experience. MOJ portal experience is essential.
Training and development of others is also a trait the client is looking for in the individual.
Beyond the above, credit hire and case management system experience would also be desirable.
