Banking Paralegal – German speaking

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading city firm looking for a German speaking paralegal to join their highly regarded Banking and Finance team.

The successful candidate will work closely with Associates and Partners within the Banking and Finance team on a variety of Corporate Finance transactions such as recapitalisations and IPOs. Other duties for the Banking team would involve managing virtual data rooms, supporting deals by drafting documentation and other ad hoc company secretarial duties such as liaising with companies house.

The ideal candidate Banking Paralegal will have at least 3 months Finance experience but any Paralegal experience will be considered for the role.
