Legal Assistant.
Due to expansion a Residential Conveyancing Assistant is required for a fantastic, friendly Specialist Law firm based in Cheshire.
You will have at least 1 years’ experience of assisting Commercial and Residential property matters from commencement to post completion. You will have experience with Setting up new files, Ordering searches and Client and agent liaison. You will also be confident working with minimal supervision with the ability to meet deadlines.
You will working in a busy yet friendly office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to be part of a dedicated Commercial and Residential department.
