Legal HR Advisor.
My client are succession planning in their Human Resources team in Somerset and searching for an experienced HR Advisor to join their friendly department.
This is a pivotal role for the firm, and you will advise on all manner of HR, recruitment and staffing matters to include sourcing candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process, and onboarding.
You will be involved in HR matters as and when they arise providing the firm with front line HR support, managing and supporting HR projects, acting as a key contact for all members of staff and supporting the HR Manager on a daily basis.
Candidates with a CIPD qualification are encouraged to apply, as are those part way through their CIPD qualification.
Ideally you should have at least two or three years experience from another HR role within a professional services setting.
