Growing London based law firm is looking to recruit a new HR Manager to join the firm on an initial 3 month fixed term contract. Responsibilities will include managing flexible working requests, managing short-term and long-term sickness absences with monthly reporting for payroll, overseeing the maternity leave process, representing the HR department at groups or committee meetings, providing advice and guidance to managers on department restructures and any other ad hoc duties as required. Applicants must have previous HR experience from within a law firm, strong benefits and employee relations experience, while having a CIPD qualification would be an additional bonus. Previous experience in diversity and inclusion would also be advantageous. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills, be a real team player and have strong leadership qualities. Standard working hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, however a flexible attitude is required as there may often be the possibility of overtime.
