Part time Share Plans Administrator & Company Secretarial Administrator (experience required)

Your new company
This company is a large UK retailer with a number of operating companies in the group. The growing company secretarial function is looking to further expand by bringing on board someone who will be responsible for looking after the employee share plans as well as supporting the General Counsel & Co Sec with company secretarial compliance and other project work.

Your new role
As part of your new role, you will be responsible for liaising with the registrar on share announcements and Share Option analysis. You will maintain and update the share registrar information on the SIP, LTIP and ESOP. You will be responsible for all internal communications regarding the share plans that are in operation and manage vestings and issues. The plans cover multiple jurisdictions. In addition to the share plans responsibilities, the role will also have responsibility for general subsidiary governance, including maintenance of company records and the filing of confirmation statements with Companies House. There is scope for the role to further develop.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must to have experience of working with employee share plans in an in-house role, ideally within a listed company. It would be useful to also have some company secretarial administrative experience, but in absence of such experience, a willingness to learn and take on those responsibilities. This is a part time role - number of days can be discussed and will depend on level of experience.
