- Job title: Commercial Property Associate / Senior Associate
- Location: Manchester
- Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

- Previous Experience: Commercial property solicitor 2-6 PQE.
NATURE OF THE WORK
Commercial Property solicitors within the team undertake a vast array of work in various sectors such as retail, leisure, logistics as well as property development and construction. The work ranges from acquisitions and disposals, lease and licence negotiations as well as a certain amount of corporate support work with the corporate team. The clients tend to be large national businesses including public authorities though the practice group advises successful SMEs within the regional market and further a-field.
The team has a fantastic profile, especially in the Manchester market and operates just outside the top tier. Their ability to attract large large-scale, high-value national instructions is one of the aspects which makes the team stand out. At the same time, the department remains an excellent place to work and develop.
A CHANCE TO BUILD YOUR CAREER
In terms, of how the department differentiates itself from the competition, the main difference is culture. Whilst they are capable of attracting the type of work found in any large national firm they are dedicated to maintaining a culture where Associates are given the support (and the space) to develop their own contacts and client-base. The practice has an excellent reputation for nurturing and retaining its talent, not just due the high quality of the work, but the genuine commitment to bringing on and developing those who wish to exel.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with a highly-respected name in the market within a department which is growing and presenting plenty of opportunity for on-going career progression.
