An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment & Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a well-respected regional firm based in Warwickshire. This role is offered for an initial period of 12 months, with the possibility of further extension.
About the role
Working within a friendly, established team, you will pick up a busy caseload of existing Employment matters. You will be dealing with a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including employment tribunal, TUPE, business transfers and litigation proceedings. The role also includes an element of Civil Litigation. You will deal with a full range of Civil Litigation matters, including dispute resolution.
About the person
The Employment Lawyer must be a UK qualified solicitor, barrister or lawyer ideally with a minimum of 4 years + PQE. Drafting skills and experience of undertaking advocacy are essential, as is comprehensive knowledge of current employment legislation and procedures. You must be comfortable with Business Development as promoting services to both internal and external clients is a core part of the role.
