COMMERCIAL, IP and IT LAWYER – NORTH HOME COUNTIES – PERMANENT POSITION
LEGAL 500 ranked law firm in the North Home Counties is looking to add to its existing commercial law practice with the recruitment of a specialist commercial lawyer to work on a caseload of commercial, IT and IP legal matters.
This law firm is looking to appoint a specialist commercial lawyer to advise clients on a range of commercial law matters including commercial contracts (such as distribution, agency, facilities, online and franchise agreements), terms and conditions, intellectual property (IP) matters including licencing arrangements and assignments, IT and e-commerce matters and general commercial law matters.
If you have specialist commercial law experience and you are used to working and advising on commercial law, IT law and IP legal matters, this may be the role for you.
