CORPORATE LAWYER – HAMPSHIRE / WILTSHIRE REGION – PERMANENT POSITION
Well established law firm in the Hampshire/ Wiltshire region with an existing corporate & commercial legal practice is looking to recruit an additional corporate lawyer to join their corporate law legal team.
Candidates will need to have experience in general corporate law and company law matters as the role will include working on corporate acquisitions, mergers and disposals, private equity matters, corporate governance and re-organisations.
The candidate should have the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
This well established law firm provides both commercial legal services and private client services.
