Senior Residential Property Solicitor / Fee Earner

A well known North West Firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join them in a team leader capacity at their Stockport office.

Based outside of Manchester City Centre, you will be joining a high performing team. The role will incorporate fee earning duties, alongside support and mentoring of a support team consisting of fee earners and assistants. In turn you will report to the Head of Department.

Applications are invited from experienced Residential Property Solicitors / Licensed Conveyancers / Legal Executives who have experience of leading a team or department, whatever the size and Firm type. You will be proficient in handling a caseload of straightforward and more complex matters relating to sales and purchase, and post completion, and be able to support and advise less experienced team members on more complex matters. Strong communication and demonstrable experience of people management is essential. Ideally you will have in excess of 5 years PQE.
