Are you an experienced Team Leader who is passionate about the Personal Injury field, do you have proven success in managing and mentoring a team of Fee Earners dealing with RTA Personal Injury and Vehicle Damage Claims? You should have a minimum of 2 years experience of managing a personal injury caseload, and will have acted in a supervisory capacity for a minimum of 1 year during this time. You will have exceptional organisational and communication skills and will enjoy guiding your team of Fee Earners, providing support and training where necessary. Furthermore, you will have the ability to build excellent relationships with clients, brokers and external third parties as well as internal departments and be willing to ensure your industry knowledge is first rate and keep up to date with legislative changes. MOJ Portal experience is essential. Credit Hire experience is advantageous.
