A global healthcare company based in Middlesex are seeking two Company Secretarial Assistants. To work across all group departments globally and have interaction with all levels of the business for a period of 9 months.

You will have Company Secretarial experience and good organisational and administrative skills.

You will be responsible for:

*Maintaining the legal statutory registers for all UK subsidiaries
*To work with the Senior Company Assistant and other team members to manage the Global Entity Manager (GEM)
*Produce reports and data as required by other Corporate functions including Finance, Tax and Treasury
*To assist in the maintenance, preparation, production and distribution of a Global Group wall chart, showing the ownership structure of the Group
*To operate the document execution process as required including the logging of information
*To maintain a register of Powers of Attorney
*Prepare statutory annual returns for the Groups UK incorporated subsidiaries to ensure that all annual returns are prepared, checked and filled
*To work with the Systems Specialist to maintain the accuracy of the material held

The successful candidate will have a broad and in-depth knowledge of disciplines and functions associated with the role of Company Secretarial Assistant.
