Are you a Commercial Property Lawyer looking for a new opportunity? A global legal practise are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join them on a permanent, full time basis at their offices based in Birmingham. The firm are a leading commercial law practise, and have built a desirable reputation. They are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to handle the high quality work from their varied client base.
The Role
- Managing a range of commercial property matters, including lease work, planning and construction, acquisitions and disposals, financing.
- Providing advice to a varied client base, including Fortune 100 companies.
- Ability to work alongside a diverse Commercial Property team, including partners and associates.
The successful candidate will hold up to 3 years PQE however this has been given as a guideline and candidates with equivalent experience will happily be considered. The role is perfect for a Commercial Property Lawyer looking to develop their career in a supportive and innovative environment.
