Are you a Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking to broaden your range of litigation experience? A prestigious, Top 50 law firm, based in Birmingham, are looking for a commercial litigation solicitor who would like to expand their litigation experience into construction, to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The firm have grown substantially over the years and offer commercial advice internationally.
The Role
- Broad range of construction litigation matters, including but not limited to; Alternative dispute resolution, including adjudication and mediation
- Dispute avoidance and risk management, contractual interpretation and professional negligence.
- General advisory work
- Knowledge of FIDIC and NEC is desirable
The ideal candidate will be 0-2 years PQE, however, this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants, and candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant knowledge/skills will also be considered. This is the perfect role for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a genuine, keen interest in construction litigation, looking to establish themselves within a leading international law firm.
