Interim Legal Counsel

We are seeking a junior - mid level lawyer to join our clients fantastic team for a 12 month duration. This may be the ideal opportunity for someone wanting to get a taste of an in-house environment and kick start their in-house career and gain invaluable experience.

Description

As an in-house legal counsel you will be responsible for a broad range of general commercial and corporate contracts. You will provide legal advise to a wide range of business functions and be able to negotiate, draft and review commercial agreements.

A large part of this role is about showing initiative, drive and enthusiasm in your role and display a desire to join their successful and close knit legal team.

Profile

- In-house experience is desirable but not essential

- Experience working on a range of commercial contracts is essential

- Display good knowledge and qualities to work in a fast paced in-house environment

- Excellent drafting and negotiating skills

- Experience working on corporate agreements also useful
