Paralegal - Entry Level Role - £18,000

Successful Central London law firm is keen to recruit a bright and confident person with some customer service skills or telephone training to join their Lender Services Team handling debt management cases for a major lender.

The role is in the Arrears Team (5 in Team) that deal with mortgage arrears and the role is pretty evenly split between Admin and collating personal and financial information and incoming and outgoing telephone work talking to borrowers, banks, law firms and bailiffs and trustees.

Brilliant training  (4-8 weeks) covering all the telephone aspects, Procedure, Banking Law and regulations and their sophisticated IT system.
